Morning Meditation – Upbeat, Energy Boosting Start To Your Day

Kick off your day with this morning meditation! Just take 6 minutes, at some point during your morning routine, and listen along to the sound of my voice. I designed this is upbeat morning meditation to start you off on the right foot.

During this meditation, we are going to use quite a bit of imagery. You will picture yourself breathing in an “energy vapor”. Every deep breath we take will get us one step closer to waking our bodies up to start the day!

Coffee and soda aren’t the best, or most natural ways, to get some energy. In fact, they are filled with so much sugar, and caffeine can have some negative side effects. Excess caffeine can lead to early death, high blood pressure, insomnia, and an upset stomach, to name a few. This isn’t to say that a good ole’ coffee to get going is a bad thing. But it’s nice to have a few alternatives, like this Morning Meditation.

Meditations offer lots of great benefits! For example, one of them is increased concentration and focus. If you can focus on this meditation, complete the imagery sequence, regardless of your surroundings, then you building up endurance to stay concentrated in a multitude of settings. Meditations also make you happier. Who doesn’t want to start the day happy? When someone says good morning, you shouldn’t feel like “What’s good about it?” You’re alive, awesome, smart, and need to be ready to tackle the day.

This feel good meditation has an awesome background track from Steve Oxen! Although it’s soothing, it also gets your feet tappin’ and head bobbin’.

Get in a comfortable position, or at least play this meditation loud enough so it’s the noise you hear the most. Along with this upbeat music, I have some great affirmations at the end. Let’s begin!
