Whisk all ingredients, except butter and steak, in a mixing bowl until one smooth mixture.
Place steaks in baking pan or bowl and pour mix over steaks. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and place in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
When you're ready to cook the steaks, preheat oven to 425°F. Take a skillet or cast iron skillet and place it on a medium-high stove.
Place butter in skillet, melting it evenly. Place steaks in the skillet, cooking 5-7 minutes, or until seared to your liking.
Remove pan from the stove and place it in the oven. Cook steaks 10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
